I did a lot of research before buying this item. It is installed in a new upstairs laundry so vibration and noise were a huge consideration. I was leaning towards the LG but it has steam clean and the Samsung offered silver care. I was not at all convinced that silver care would do any good but I knew that I would not use the stean clean( too hard on clothes). Turns out silver care kills bacteria and everything comes out smelling clean. The VRT really reduces vibration. I am very pleased with this product.

We replaced our 10+ year old W-D pair (GE, still functional fully and nothing wrong, just needed a change) with Samsung’s duo. We find it convenient to load, it is whisper quiet, water-saving and good to look at.
